Immigration Enforcement Procedure

In accordance with California Senate Bill 98, our district is committed to protecting the safety, rights, and well-being of all students, staff, and families. The Williams Unified School District strives to ensure that every campus remains a safe and welcoming environment for learning. If immigration enforcement activity is confirmed on or near a school site, the District will respond promptly, thoughtfully, and in alignment with state law to notify appropriate parties while safeguarding student privacy, legal rights, and emotional security.

Below you will find important resources, including our SB 98 Compliance information, Board Policy and Administrative Regulation 1445: Response to Immigration Enforcement, and Know Your Rights materials for families.
