Williams Unified School District

Offering Choices to Strengthen Our Voices

Facilities, Maintenance & Operations

The Maintenance, Operations and Facilities Department ensures that the district's buildings and grounds are kept to a standard of care that is conducive to learning. Our goal is to provide safe, secure and sanitary facilities for all students, staff and the community.

In addition, this department identifies the need for new schools, determines school site locations, plans and constructs new facilities, modernization projects and additions to existing schools, as approved by the Board of Trustees.

The  Williams  Unified  School  District  has  elected to develop an overall Facilities Master Plan as a framework for the development of its school facilities improvements over the next ten years, and to provide an ongoing, dynamic roadmap for that process. The Facilities Master Plan focuses on how existing and future District facilities can provide the best educational support and experience for the District’s student, staff and the community.
