Agreement for parents and students on the use of the Edu Net Router (power adapter, and cable): I, as a parent and or student of Williams USD. confirm that: I have read the Williams USD Student Technology Use Policy. I will follow all of these policies at all times. I understand that I am to use the Hot Spot provided to me for educational purposes related to school assigned topics, and will exercise responsible behavior in doing so. I understand that I am responsible for any damage, vandalism, loss or theft of the Hot Spot, whether by accident, negligence or intent. I will immediately notify Williams Junior Senior High School at 530-473-5369 of any damage. theft. vandalism or loss of the Hot Spot. I understand that if I do not return the Hot Spot when instructed, I will pay the replacement cost of the Hot Spot provided by Williams USD. I agree to return the Hot Spot to the Williams Junior Senior High School upon requested or when I withdraw from the Williams Unified USD. Return of the Edu Net Router will be on, before June 2, 2023, or as otherwise indicated to Williams Junior Senior High School. For any questions, please call 530-473-5369. I understand that upon signing, I have reviewed this agreement with my children and take responsibility to insure we meet this agreement in its totality:
