How-To's
Submit an Incident IQ Ticket
- Go to Incident IQ and sign in with Google.
- Click New Ticket in the top-left corner.
- Select your category (Hardware, Software, Account, Network).
- Add a short description, specify your room/location, and submit.
Chromebook Quick Troubleshooting
- Won't Turn On: Hold Refresh (circular arrow) + tap Power while holding refresh until "ChromeOS" appears on screen.
- Device being slow: Locate the power button at the bottom right and select Restart.
- Physical Damage: Visit the office/tech trailer or contact a teacher to check out a temporary loaner.
PaperCut Printing & Release
- Send your document to the SecurePrint on WUSDADMIN print queue.
- Walk up to a staff copier and enter your PIN.
- Select Print Release, choose your jobs, and press Print.
- Tap Log Out when finished.
Sending a Fax (XM Cloud Fax)
- Open a new email draft from your district Google account.
- In the To field, enter the recipient's 10-digit fax number followed by
@xmedius.com(e.g.,5551234576@xmedius.com). - Fill in the Subject and email body (this auto-generates your cover sheet).
- Attach your files and click Send.
Desk Phone Voicemail Setup
- Press the Voicemail button (next to the word "voicemail" on your phone screen).
- Enter your 5-digit extension.
- Press the * button.
- When prompted for a password, enter your extension (you will then be prompted to set a new permanent passcode).
- Press 8 for personal options -> 4 for greeting -> 6 for name.
