Williams Unified School District

Williams Unified School District facilities are available for use by community organizations, groups, and individuals in accordance with District policies and regulations.

To request use of a District facility—including classrooms, gymnasiums, athletic fields, or other spaces at Williams Elementary School, Williams Upper Elementary School, or Williams Jr./Sr. High School—please complete the Facility Use Request Form linked below.

Please carefully read the General Terms and Conditions included with the Facility Use Request Form before signing and submitting your request.

Once completed, the form may be:

• Delivered in person to the Williams Unified School District Office, or

• Emailed to jcortez@williamsusd.net

Please submit your request in advance to allow sufficient time for review, approval, and scheduling.
